I met Brian at Concord State prison in 2005. I was housed in the same unit as he was. I had never worked out in my life at this time. There was a waiting list to get into the weight room. After several months, I was able to go. My first experience was very intimidating. There was a lot of big, strong guys in there. Brian was definitely the biggest and strongest. I was blown away when he offered to help me, only if you take it seriously and put 100% effort into it he said. When I started I could barely bench 185lbs. After 2 years of him helping me I benched 385 lbs in competition. Brian is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to getting Bigger, stronger, and more defined.

When I was 16 years old I worked out at New You Fitness Center (1989) Brian was the lead trainer there. He was also one of the best, if not the best teenage bodybuilder in the country at that time (Brian placed second at the NPC teenage national bodybuilding championships in 1989) I was blown away by how big he was, especially his arms. His intensity was out of this world. He inspired me to pursue a bodybuilding lifestyle and bring a high level of intensity and commitment to every thing I do in life. Even to this day that experience is fresh in my mind. That’s what type of individual he is. I would highly recommend to anyone to hire him. He will definitely change your life.

I met Brian in 2005 at New Hampshire State prison. I had just gotten into the weight room. I had worked out before with weights, but nothing serious. The first time I ever deadlifted was with Brian At this time he was deadlifting 675lbs for 5-6 reps I had never seen anything like it in my life. Knowing he was drug free and was living off prison food blew me away. He taught me a lot in a short period of time and motivated me to excel in everything I do, so much so when I re entered society I opened up my own gym and began sharing the knowledge I learned from him, to other people. Brian’s true gift is figuring out what works for the individual and teaching them, along with motivating them to apply those principles. He will change your life.
